Eystein Stenberg has ten years of experience in security and systems management as a developer, a support engineer, a technical account manager, a product manager, and now CTO.He has been in the front lines of some of the largest production environments in various roles and has in-depth knowledge of the challenges in systems security in a real-world context. He currently leads the Mender.io open source project to ensure a secure and robust OTA update mechanism for connected Linux devices.
Eystein has spoken at various conferences, including Internet of Things World, Embedded Linux Conference, Embedded Systems Conference, and various other technology conferences.
He holds a Masters degree in cryptography and his writing credits include “Distributing a Private Key Generator in Ad Hoc Networks," as well as articles published in Linux Journal, Embedded Computing Design, and Embedded.com.
